Our products may not be used commercially or for any commercial use or profitable gain at all.
We are happy that you sell items you create with our products so long as you handmake them yourself (the purchaser) and that they are not in bulk quantities or for commercial sale.
You may not share, loan or redistribute any of our products via any media including forums, bulletin boards or online groups.
Craft Cd/Dvd The same terms of use for cd's and dvd's as above (digital items). The running and use of your CD or download and its contents is done entirely at the user's risk. LOST ITEMS Should items be lost due to Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible.
You can take out seperate insurance through royal mail for your order, which I am happy to arrange for you upon your requesting this via email to me at: cupcakecards@btinternet.com
Lost items which are sent via recorded delivery ... we will have proof of postage on these items and can follow Royal Mail's own procedures for claiming for lost items; however, cupcake cards is not responsible for lost items sent via recorded delivery.
