Postage & Delivery

Timelines on Orders - (also please see our Terms & Conditions)

We want to deliver your order in very good time before your occasion date.

Therefore we ask for as much notice on orders as you can give us for Bespoke cards.

We need a minimum of 8 months prior to delivery on wedding stationary and 2 weeks on an individual bespoke greetings card.

If a card is needed quickly, please let us know the date and we can advise if we can do that for you.

Handcrafted items take time and care to make!

We always require the date you require your card to be delivered by so please state this on all orders.

Any other printed cards or premade items will be posted out immediately payment is received by us or funds clear on personal cheques.

Your item will be posted with whichever posting option you choose upon checkout.

Delivery Methods

We always use Royal Mail for our deliveries, 1st class postage, 2nd Class postage or recorded (signed for) delivery.

This means there are assurances of delivery from Royal Mail and any items lost by them are traceable through their own procedures.

Recorded Delivery

Goods are sent to you on 1st class recorded (signed for) postage so Royal Mail have guarantees of postage for this method usually next day apart from Sundays, they state "We aim to deliver your First Class Recorded item the next working day".

Special Guaranteed Next Day Deliveries

If you are unhappy with 1st class recorded delivery, we are very happy to use any of Royal Mail's special next day services. The cost of which will be quoted to you when we know the size of the order. They are either Special Delivery 9.00am (guaranteed delivery by 9am the next working day) or Special Delivery Next Day (guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day).

Packaging

Our goods come to you as fully safe and secure as possible. Bubble wrapped and boxed for large orders.

Individual cards will be sent in a sealed cellophane card bag and then in a bubble envelope or boarded envelope.

If you require extra insurance, I am happy to arrange this for you via royal mail and there will be an extra charge for this.. please see prices at: www.royalmail.co.uk

Digital products will be sent to you immediately following payment via an automated process. This means no waiting for your downloads and no fuss.
